전처리제 및 수송온도가 스프레이 절화 국화 ‘레오파드’의 수명 및 품질에 미치는 영향

Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the effects of pre-treatment and shipping temperature in spray chrysanthemum(Dendranthema grandiflorum ‘Leopard’). The flowering occurred later on shipped at 5℃ for three days after harvest, compared to shipped at the ambient. The vase life was extended about seven days treated with NaOCl and shipped at 5℃ compared to the control(distilled water) at ambient. Transported under the ambient had higher weight variation rate than under 5℃. BA pre-treatment and shipped at 5℃ showed the highest chlorophyll content among the different pre-treatments. Therefore, the NaOCl pre-treatment was highly effective for the cut spray Dendranthema grandiflorum ‘Leopard’, and maintaining the shipping temperature at 5℃ increased the quality of the cut flowers and delayed the senescence.
