1. The Journal shall be promoted through the E-journal website created in English or the official website of the Society created in Korean, or through pamphlets distributed in academic conferences.
2. Calls for papers shall be sent by the Editorial Board to professors, researchers, and graduate school students of related college departments; researchers of related government organizations and research institutes; and speakers and participants of relevant academic conferences, seminars, and workshops.
3. Applications for paid membership shall be received through the journal and academic conferences.
4. Any requests for sales of the journal or advertisements shall be handled by the Executive Office of the Society.
