지적장애대학생의 원예활동 만족도가 직업재활 프로그램 참여의사에 미치는 영향

Abstract
The university students with intellectual disabilities is the most important thing for them to have a job in order to live an fair life in our society. Recently various welfare services have increased for the intellectual disabilities. Based on horticulture activities that intellectual disabilities prefer and their understanding in horticulture plants and preferred job, the horticulture programs have been increased having high employment opportunity for intellectual disabilities. This study was to evaluate the impact on the job program and adaptive behavior to people with disabilities through the horticulture activity. To achieve this aim I interviewed some experts and investigated the rehabilitation program. I also analysed some horticultual activity program and satisfaction of the people who are looking for horticultural vocation. First of all, I made a pilot program for intellectual disabilities. After this pilot program, I analysis the correlation of vocation concerning and horticultural activity satisfaction. The result, the horticultural program that I should consider to make a high satisfaction of vocation program is decorating horticultural activity. They are decorating crafts flower basket, corsage and so on. Based on this findings I propose a decorating flower and garden decoration program will use very useful for intellectual disabilities and become a good skill as a job ability.
