| Abstract |
|
The purpose of this research is to suggest appropriate directions for the improvement of ecotourism service quality through the investigation of the museum visitors’ satisfaction by the importance-performance analysis in case of Jeonju Nature Ecological Museum. For this purpose it focuses on the comparative analysis of difference between importance and performance that ecotourists evaluate on the ecotourism destination’s attractiveness of Jeonju Nature Ecological Museum. The results may be summarized as follows. The visitors’ satisfaction level was confirmed to be lower than their importance level through the evaluation of the ecotourism destination’s attractiveness of Jeonju Nature Ecological Museum. Attributes concerning environmental interpretation and eco-experience need to keep up the good work as the representative ecotourism destination’s attractiveness. On the other hand, observational facilities and experiential programme of natural ecosystem were urgently required to improve with the concentrated complement for the enhancement of ecotourism service quality. And attributes concerning the condition of natural ecosystem must be sublated to input overkill because of extremely high performance compared with low importance. |
